Catharine is available to deliver "Lunch and Learn" sessions for $200 on any of the Bracashirts Cancer Education Series Topics, within 100km from London/St. Thomas. Catharine's most requested presentations have been #1 Immunology and Stress while #2 Your Microbiome and Healthy Food Choices is requested most by younger family-oriented groups. Each presentation is 45 minutes long but can be adapted for shorter timeframes. We also provide workshops and combined speech topics as requested.
Catharine loves to help you feel empowered, positive, and in control as you adopt and implement your lifestyle changes to improve your health and focus on cancer prevention or cancer recurrence prevention.
Catharine Janssen is a retired critical care nurse, cancer survivor, certified Holistic Cancer Coach, and distinguished toastmaster, who knows what living with cancer is like. Catharine hopes to bring clarity, knowledge, and empowerment to help her audience consider choosing adaptive changes to their life that will focus on promoting cancer prevention or augmenting cancer support to hopefully prevent cancer recurrence. Our education program and presentation are best for individual, family, community, service groups or corporate functions and learning.
